For e.g. OnlineSales.ai is a Data Processor and OnlineSales.ai’s customers are Controllers of the EU resident’s data.

We’ve updated our Data Processing Agreement which is in line with our privacy commitments and sets out the terms for OnlineSales.ai and our customers to meet GDPR requirements. This is available for customers to sign upon request.
